Neighborhood Plat Covenants

Cherrywood consists of 5 plats: Cherrywood (the original development), Cherrywood - 1st Addition, Cherry Wood Estates, Cherry Wood View, and Cherry Wood Park. The plat covenants have expired for all but Cherry Wood Estates. To view the plat covenants, please view them on the Register of Deeds website: https://rod.countyofdane.com/plat/index
